BOOKING POLICY

£10pp pre-authorisation required for each booking (your card will be stored but not charged). If the booking is not cancelled in advance and you don’t turn up, the pre-authorisation will be charged with no refund given. At least 48 hours notice for cancelation is required, which past this point refunds are at the venue’s discretion. Tables will be held for 15 minutes from booking time unless the venue has been notified in advance, at which point the venue will extend the booking for the full allocated time if they are able to do so. Customers are reminded to adhere to the venue rules. Failure to do so can result in ejection from the venue at which point the tab must be paid in full and no refunds given.

For bookings of 8 or more, please enquire directly to the venue by emailing info@firepit.rocks or contacting us via whatssap. Bookings 8+ people will be required to pay a £10 deposit per person.
